UKRAINIAN DESIGN WEEK

We are utterly impressed by Ukrainian manufacturers' collective consciousness and stubbornness, who continue working hard to develop and improve the production process in Ukraine.

For the very first time, we participated in the Kyiv Design Market, where many new local brands could be discovered. It was our immense pleasure to personally meet all the wonderful creatives behind the brands. 

Design Market was held on the 5th and 6th of October 2024 in Kyiv’s Mystetskyi Arsenal, Ukraine's flagship cultural institution.

UDIW officially joined the international organization World Design Weeks — a network that unites design weeks and festivals in more than 40 cities worldwide.

We salute and support the UDIW team initiative. Due to their massive effort, a new chapter of the design industry has been launched.

DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE SUMMIT

Took place on 18 & 19 October at Kyiv’s most innovative location, Unit City.  

Vibrant discussion with moderator Oleksandr Dmytruk, editor of PRAGMATIKA media about Post-minimalism in design. 

And another captivating panel discussion with moderator and editor-in-chief of ELLE Decoration, Sonia Zabuga. On the subject "What causes the boom in object design?"
